Bookkeeping - On-site or Off-site using Quick Books online, Wave or Xero accounting software.
Data Entry - Record financial transactions, post journal entries, maintain general ledgers and prepare a trial balance of your books.
Bank statement reconciliation - maintain and reconcile the account balances for various bank accounts and credit cards.
Accounts Payable - Calculate and prepare cheques for outstanding vendor invoices and other bill payments.
Accounts Receivable - Monitor and issue invoices for services rendered.
Government Remittances - Complete and submit remittance forms - HST, payroll source deductions, workers' compensation forms (WSIB), Employer Health Tax (EHT), T4's, T5018 (sub contractors), Record of employment (ROE) and any other government documents.
Payroll - Prepare employee payroll via manual cheque using Quickbooks Payroll or Wagepoint or using an outsourced payroll provider.
Financial Reports - Prepare statistical, financial and accounting reports for management review.
Business Planning - assist in annual budget preparation and cash flow projections.
Accounting system setup - Software installation, setup chart of accounts and customization of forms and reports.
Year end Tax preparation - we will work with your external CPA accounting firm to prepare and file your annual tax returns or if your don't have one, then we can file your return for you.
Filing - Organizing of all business documents
